Everything here is delicious and the staff can’t be beat. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out! The most unique food experience you’ll have in Steamboat.
Delicious restaurant. Unique mini grocery also with coffee, fish, wine, jam & chocolate from around the world. Try Iberian ham if you’ve never had it. The smoked fish trio is its own mini food board.

Went in to check out MEATBAR and get a few drinks, ended up staying for an hour and a half to chat with the staff, and tried a few dishes. Beautiful looking food, well made drinks and enjoyable staff, will be returning.

My first experience tonight at Meat Bar for dinner and I was beyond thrilled. I know the new ownership from many years ago and when I heard they were taking over, I already knew to expect warm hospitality, great service and cuisine that spoke beyond my expectations. Beets and Burrata to start, made me close my eyes after the first bites with joy. Paired with Cava, I felt so welcomed to Meat Bar like I was family. I left both courses up to the chef and was so happy to let them surprise me with what they wanted to showcase. I can't say enough great things about tonights dinner and will most definitely be frequenting Meat Bar Weekly. Unique wines, well thought out cocktails, and cuisine that Steamboat desperately needed. You'll thank me later, promise!

Really good quality products at prices you would expect in a Resort town. Ham and Cheese is great and just tried the Beef Cheek sandwich .... which prompted me to leave this review

We were walking by the window admiring the aged pork and the owner literally came out and invited us in and gave us samples of the 3 and 4 year aged pork. We decided to sit down and ended up having amazing wine and hand crafted cocktails and other small plates. Friendliest, most interesting place we experienced while in steamboat! Highly recommend!

Excellent cocktails and service - wandered in to grab a bite and ordered the strawberry panzanella salad (great! Love the pesto) and two excellently-made cocktails. Live music most nights next door, and the staff mentioned a few times that they could accommodate sending food along with us if we switched locations which was very thoughtful.

Hands down the best restaurant I've been to in a mountain town.... ever. And I've been to every mountain town. No, seriously, every one. This place would be a top dining experience in a big city like New York or SF but without the pretentiousness. Just go here. Don't think about it.

Love this place and wish I could eat here everyday. The food is perfect and the service is excellent. They were very accommodating when we changed our minds and decided to eat in rather than take our food to go even though they had already wrapped everything up.

This place had amazing service and they were extremely kind, the food was impeccable and had some of the best meat I’ve ever had, it was possible to make most dishes vegetarian, and the burrata cheese was incredible. I highly recommend this place!

Wandered in to meat bar looking for a little bite…found a bunch of em! We tried almost everything and would re order every single thing we had. Octopus. Sofrito. Iberico. Must haves. Drinks and wine pair great. Love this little hidden spot for this little used-to-be hidden town.

Great vibe but service is slow! Took 25 minutes to receive a salad and sandwich for takeout. Go if you have time to kill and want a relaxing bite over a glass of wine.
