Ate the local burger with cole slaw and the burger 🍔 was delicious with plenty of toppings that came with the local. Very delicious 🍔 and cole slaw was good though a little too creamy how I prefer cole slaw, still enjoyed the fresh crispy cole slaw ingredients. Excuse the top bun, I squished it before realizing I wanted to take a picture 😆
Worst music ever. It was all squeaky, deafening guitar solos. Why do places insist on blasting our brains out with mind numbing music? If you’re going to play it at 85 decibels, at least provide a little variety. I’d rather listen to a chainsaw. Even after stuffing in ear plugs, it was bad. Good food, good service, and ok beer list. But lots of places have those. TURN IT DOWN!
I got the Black and Blue burger and it was awesome. I suggest getting a side of the garlic mayo to add to it, it compliments the burger perfectly, and honestly, the fries tasted better dipped in that than the ketchup.
Also the building is historic and has a neat history, definitely worth reading about! For a while it was the local hospital and sanitarium after starting as a hotel.
