Do not make the same mistake I did by missing out on Old Town Pub for years! If you are looking for excellent bar food with fabulous service (thank you, Bethany) after a long day on mountain or after a glorious hike then Old Town Pub is the place to go. Visited yesterday afternoon. It was pretty slow but expected for the time of year. Service was very nice and beers were cold. Chicken tenders were hand breaded and fried, very tasty!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, food was excellent, good music playing. They have excellent gluten free options for those who need them (wife has celiac). I asked for my rib eye medium rare, and they came out to inform me that they accidentally cooked it well, they were cooking me a new one to eat, and they covered my appetizer for the wait. At the end of the night they also covered the drinks for my military service. One of the best restaurants I have ate...
