I have only lived here for a few months but have gone to Noodles & More more than any other restaurant. The food is always delicious and the team is very friendly. I could not recommend this Noodles & More more highly.
This is one of the best restaurants in Steamboat, and a favorite among all Steamboat locals. The staff are incredibly kind and wonderful, and the food is amazing. Highly recommend to visitors and locals alike!
We were just WOWED tonight!! The food was amazing! For as busy as it was(on a Monday)with only 2 servers the service was EXCELLENT!! But the Vietnamese egg roll were the off the HOOK! Authentic!!!

Noodles & More Saigon Café is known for quick and friendly service. The popular vermicelli bowls with pork and shrimp feature shrimp and pork cooked to crispy perfection, complemented by fresh veggies that are a highlight. While the portion size may be slightly smaller than expected, the service remains fast and the prices reasonable. The beef pho soup and pan-fried rice noodles (house special) are also highly recommended. Many customers enjoy the amazing flavors, especially on cold days when the food makes them feel warm and fuzzy inside. The restaurant is clean, and the workers are super friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Though it is a small place, it has nice big portions and continues to be a great find for those visiting Steamboat. Just to note, there are no public restrooms in this restaurant.
