Matcha Latte was not mixed at all. It was milk poured on top of matcha and even after trying to mix myself- it was horrible and filled with chunks of undissolved tea powder. The brown sugar oatmilk espresso was not made with Oatly oatmilk but planet oat which made the drink so watery and taste completely different. I took a few sips and threw it away. The whole experience was disappointing.

I was looking for a quick cup of coffee before I started to drive up over the pass to go home...it was a night mare getting in and out of this Starbucks. Also the setup of this Starbucks is very inconvenient. The lady had to hand my cup to me so I could add sugar and then she took it back to complete my order. Why doesn't she have her own sugar behind the counter?. inconvenient location and stupid setup. There's 2 other Starbucks in Steamboat. I recommend going to one of the other locations.

Always amazing

Best one. I've been to many others, fast service, friendly folks. Most employees have been there a long time.

My teen kids were dying for Starbucks so we made a special trip. While I left them in line to order (with 3 people ahead of them) I went to grab a few grocery items. When I returned, they were still in the same spot. One person working..... the lady in front ordered 8 drinks. While the barista was nice enough it can not outweigh waiting 25 MINUTES to get 2 drinks. They need more help.

Messed up the order for 2 twice! Not very attentive and joked about snafus. Hard to mess up the SB formula but poor service will do it.

OMG! Delicious!

It’s a Starbucks, offering that over-burned sludge and passing it for “good”. It’s time to move on. Instead, try searching for the many local coffee shops around town, or even brew your own coffee at home.
