We finally made it in to try the food at the Mountain location, Chef Ryan did not disappoint! We started with the Buratta, garden fresh tomatoes, mortadella and fresh herbs. We tried the Dry rub wings, the Lemongrass Ribs and the Yampavoire salad. They were all worthy choices, the braised cabbage with the ribs was my favorite, thank goodness you can order extra sides of that! We will be back to sample the rest of the menu! I’m sure that this establishment is good at what it does. It’s a local brewery serving just beers. And that’s fine, I guess. When we went in last night, it was very loud and very chaotic. I guess we were hoping for more on the menu than just beers, but I guess that’s OK. Perhaps I’m just too old for this kind of place. Being in my mid 50s, I was out of my elements. More designed for folks in their 20s and 30s.
Dog friendly, great beers. Free popcorn is a plus, great happy hour deal, and the gluten reduced options help my boyfriend fart less (not even trying to be funny, I genuinely appreciate this aspect).
