Brittany did a fantastic job today managing an incredibly busy time, updating customers, apologizing for delays, remaining positive and professional and kind to all of us in the throes of hectic volume. Very much appreciated!!
I got a dirty chai today in the drive-through around 10:30 this morning and it was so hot. It burned my entire tongue and some of the inside of my mouth after just one small sip. I’ve never been burned like this from coffee and I drink it every day.
Service was wonderful today around 5pm. Whoever was on shift deserves to be appreciated! She was a wonderful barista and got everything correct, she didn’t show any sign of being annoyed unlike every other time I’ve gotten Starbucks. Every drink we ordered came out perfect, and every extra thing we asked for was included.
