“This is the cutest coffee shop I have ever been! I got an oatmilk latte with light peppermint and it was so amazing I ordered it every day while I was in town! The oatmilk tasted so good, I can’t have regular milk and normally coffee shops make the oatmilk lattes taste so gross but this one tasted exactly like real milk, loved it!!! The workers were so sweet and kind and funny and my mother and I came here every morning and loved it! ??Dietary restrictions: The oatmilk was so good! “I love this place!! The coffee is outstanding. I love a flavored latte and Simple Coffee has the most deliciously subtle unique flavors. Today it is Blueberry jam but my favorite is rose cardamom!We stop here every time we are in Granby. In fact we drive out of our way to get a coffee here. “The staff was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the huevos and a pancake on the side. The huevos were packed with flavor! I’m picky about pinto beans because my mom’s beans will always be the best beans ever! but let me tell you, the beans tasted very similar to my mom’s. My pancake and chai tea were also very delicious! I live over a hour away but I will definitely be making the drive back to try other items in the menu. Thank you Java Lava Cafe!!“

Not too many allergen friendly food items, especially for dairy free, so that was disappointing, but overall a great experience for anyone! “I really liked this coffee place. The fact that it was repurposed from an old gas station is pretty awesome. The inside ambiance was prety good as well. Very rustic and old fashion. I just loved the vibe. There is also a meeting room for people to come sit. That is so important for coffee shops and a lot of shops these days don't have it.There is an information desk in this building as well as a honey store. So, even though it was a sunday, there was a lot going on.The coffee is also good and decently priced as well. Overall, I would recommend!“
