Really great gem in the north end of the Fraser Valley. Unique mountain town ambience, great wine selection, signature cocktails and the food....delish
The bar was really cozy and cute. We were in the dining room and a group of 10 sat next to us. They were very loud. The Ceasar salad was delicious. The cheese Mac, soup, and steak was very average. The potato au gratin was inedible. The service was excellent. If I were to return, we would sit at the bar and have the Ceasar salad with a protein.
We've been coming here for years but were a bit disappointed this time. My paella was not worth $58 - it was a shallow bowl with one scallop, two shrimp and a piece of overcooked lobster. Plus it was warm when it came out, which was weird considering how fast our food was served. Sirloin was delicious.
Generally the food is outstanding but the pork sampler plate was over cooked. The other entrees ordered by our party were good. Careful what you order.
We've been here several times. Never fails to disappoint. This time for our wedding anniversary. Everything was wonderful as usual.
Whatever you do don’t ask for a substitution or even ask them to hold something. The waitress was rue when I asked for a side to be held. I get substitution but it was something I wouldn’t eat and didn’t even want the flavor on my plate.

Love this place! Such a gem in the mountains. Not cheap but wonderful and worth the splurge!
the service and food was excellent. I love the whole ambiance, everything combines to give a wonderfully relaxed delicious evening. I will definitely be back
Service was very good however the steaks that were ordered were of poor quality and overpriced. The Halibut was just okay. Prices are excessive for nearly all items.
Very disappointed in the food tonight. Plus, waitress got a lot mixed up with our order. Halibut was so dry. I asked for lemon which I never got. Had to ssk for ketchup but had to go to the bar to get it. Unfortunately, won’t be going back.

We love the Tavern. The ambiance of a rustic western tavern, the excellent food, and the service are always excellent. We celebrate our anniversary here every year and always look forward to it. TIP: Park in the back instead of in front. It's much easier and safer.
This is a mountain Jem that a lot people are finding out when they look for a place with great food and service in old town rustic setting. It's close to Winter Park and Granby and you would never know to stop just by passing it on the highway. We found out about this place 6 years ago and make it a stop every time we come up to the area.
The food was awesome trade Service Great Ambiance Justin was our waiter local man my husband had steak and I had the halibut to die for. they have three different dining areas. We dined in front but had options would have dined in back by the fireplace. now we know... this is the best food in the Granby area
