My son and I had a great dinner and cocktails at Bistro 28 one evening while on vacation from Boulder. The nachos and fried chicken were stunning. We also enjoyed the Chicken Cesar and Cobb Salad! We'd love to come back and hang out with Tom, our host, who really made our evening special ♥️

Bistro 28 in Fraser has recently upped its game with a new chef, offering a mix of eclectic and classic dishes. The menu features a limited selection, including popular items like pork tenderloin with mustard sauce, Shepard's pie, and a delicious chicken sandwich that is moist and flavorful. While there are also options like fried green tomato and mozzarella salad, children's Mac and cheese, and tasty sandwiches, the new winter menu introduces fresh choices and specials along with some old favorites. Guests can enjoy the food on the deck, taking in the never-ending views while sipping wine or beer. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a must-visit spot for both golf and winter dinners. Bistro 28 is a gem, where attention to detail makes even the side salad special.
