Had my husband cancel our anniversary dinner reservation bc I got my hair done and it looks absolutely whack - we still ordered takeout from PM and it was absolutely incredible. Thank you to the staff for still making wonderful food and accommodating. Will totally be back when you open again next season.

So happy we ate here ! Our server Steve was so nice and attentive, we really made sure to order a good amount from the menu and oh my !! hardly anything was left on the plate once we were through with it !
everything was so good. We got the French onion soup , smoked Camembert , the baked Halibut and Gnocchi ! Definitely order a wine and dessert ! Such nice chill vibes here we highly recommend

My wife and I discovered Petite Maison about three years ago during our first visit to Telluride. Now that we visit Telluride at least twice a year, we never skip a meal at this jewel of a restaurant. The food is delicious and varied with something for every taste. I still dream of a perfect red snapper I had the last time I visited! The staff is friendly and professional but we consider it a treat when we get Steve as our server. He's the nicest friendliest server in Telluride hands down!

the ambiance and food were amazing. no complaints. however the service was a bit lacking. my partner and i were seated for 2 hours in total and waited 45 minutes before getting any food to the table. i think the waiter may have been new, but it did hinder the experience a bit. otherwise, i recommend

We have been wanting to eat here for years, and finally got the chance. What an incredible experience!!
We sat at the bar at first, waiting for the rest of our friends, we both had martinis and the escargot. That was a great start and preview for some of the amazing food we all had that night. When we sat we ordered the oysters, steak tartare, and the French onion soup to start, all amazing. The service was fantastic, the vibe is upscale, elegant yet has that laid back mountain town vibe. We also ordered the Steak Poivre, Salad Maison, Moules Frites and the Coq Au Vin. We shared all of them and were all happy with every dish.

We are French and craved classic French food, this did not disappoint!

Petite Maison is an excellent restaurant in Telluride. We will definitely be back! Thank you again, for a wonderful evening.

Charming, Intimate Dining Experience with Incredible Flavors

Petite Maison is a true hidden gem in Telluride—a cozy, intimate spot that delivers a refined and memorable dining experience. The ambiance is warm and romantic, perfect for a date night or special occasion, with soft lighting, attentive service, and a relaxed yet elegant vibe.

The menu leans French-inspired, with thoughtful, seasonal touches throughout. The duck confit was beautifully done—crispy, tender, and full of flavor—and the escargot was some of the best we’ve had outside of France. The wine list is well-curated, and our server offered great pairing suggestions.

We’re giving 4 stars only because the pacing of service was a little slow between courses, and a couple of the side dishes didn’t quite match the excellence of the mains. That said, the attention to detail and passion coming from the kitchen is clear.

Petite Maison is a special place, and we’ll absolutely be back. A must-visit for anyone looking for elevated, intimate dining in Telluride.

Always a good time coming to Petite Maison! Every year we visit, we snag a table here and it’s always incredible. Dare I say, Michelin Star worthy?

Regardless, order some oysters, the mussels, and end the night with a flatliner or two. Won’t regret that trio!

Lastly, I wish I got our server’s name, but WOW. He made the entire night. So attentive, so kind!

Really good food and such a cute spot! Small, cozy. ~10 tables, ~10 seats at the bar but the food was really good. The pappardelle was incredibly soft and the beef bourguinon was sooo tasty and deep and rich. Also their boulevardier had a cocoa liqueur in it that was really rich and different

Would recommend this place - either a res or eating at the bar.
