Lots of options for vegans (which is very welcome in this town!) but go early in the lunch hour as they run out. Limited hours for lunch only and I finally made it in this time. Had the detox salad and roasted root veggies that were tasty. Will be back!

I had the most delicious vegetarian sandwich today! It was really stuffed with avocado, beans, bean puree, spinach, cucumbers and probably some other items I missed that made it so tasty. Will so get this again! Very filling too.

I was looking for places to eat for dinner and saw this place. I ran over before they closed, because I was so pumped to eat some greenery on our trip. Perfect to stock up the mini fridge in our hotel! So delicious!

Delicious! A perfect place to stop before hitting the trails. We got salad nicoise, and salmon kale salad. All were delicious and we were able to eat right outside in the shade. We also picked up 2 BLT wraps a vegan chocolate chip cookie and a gluten-free brownie that we plan to have later so I'll report back. The best thing was the friendly counter service. Service with a smile and a warm caring attitude. We will be back.

One of the most delicious spots in Telluride! Sandwiches, salads, and a la cart proteins are all incredible. LOVED the chicken, Brie and apple sandwich with bacon ?
