Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Just went for a cheeseburger delete and small fries. Got home opened up my meal buttom hamburger bun was dry to the point it was crispy 'like it was setting out to long, hamburger patty looked like it had a bite out of it or meat. Changed out bun of mine own and cutting patty in half and threw the other half with bite/piece away. I know the you had just went through a remodel I don't know if I'll be back.

They uave really good breakfast burritoes. Sometimes, I don't have time to drive to my #1 breakfast burrito place, so I go to Good Times. They have delicious burritoes, potatoes, and coffee. There's usually no wait.

I think I've been sleepin on good ol GT Burgers! Grabbed the guac burger with extra patty and the chilli Mac and cheese and both were really good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

4 dollars to add a drink and size to your meal, we received only 5 onion rings... won't waste our money again. And the onions were cold inside...

When you as an employee forgets items in someone’s order, you probably shouldn’t give them attitude over the phone and then proceed to argue amongst yourselves as to why I’m going to make you re make my meal after having to drive 20 minutes back to your location, as if the food I ordered was still hot.
I serve tables and manage restaurants for a living and I would’ve fired your manager for handling the situation the way he did. Absolutely pathetic, all you have to do is say sorry and offer to remake the order, or offer me a refund.

ordered a double cheeseburger and kids meal in the drive thru. the double cheeseburger looked exactly as advertised and was very tasty ! enjoyed the heck out of it. service was great as well. been here twice so far at random times and they’ve always been respectful and patient.

they are a lot pricier than i expected though. i spent 15$ for cheeseburger only and a kids meal

Hola, he pedido la hamburguesa Deluxe y nada comparado con lo que se menciona en línea. Estoy muy disgustada porque esperaba más de la tienda. La carne estaba seca y no tenía casi verduras. Quede engañada y la salsa estaba muy líquida y se esparcía muy rápidamente por todas partes… no le recomendaría este restaurante a familiares o amistades.

Lady at the drive thru was nice, I wish her co workers around her would help her when she is obviously busy. Also my custard was so watery it just melted everywhere. Hope the manager can do better and just assist their employees.

A chick with dirty blonde hair and wearing a mask was taking my order. She was unbelievably disrespectful and talking to me like I was stupid. She was rushing my order and she kept talking over me. I got annoyed and pulled up to the window. I asked if I could talk to a manager and she refused. She had the window open, and she was also being load and disrespectful to who I assume was the manager. Once he pulled her away he took my order and I told them she should not being working here and that she came off as hostile and very rude!

I came through the drive-thru Friday around dinner time. A girl with brownish blonde hair and wearing a mask was taking my order. She was unbelievably disrespectful. She was rushing my order and she kept interrupting me. I got annoyed and pulled up to the window. She was shaking a lot. I asked if I could talk to a manager and she refused. She had the window open, and she was getting angry with the manager. Once he pulled her away he took my order. I asked for HRs number because, I think she shouldn't be working in this type of environment.
