Stopped in while attending a nearby basketball tournament with my family and were impressed. Super kind people and an energetic atmosphere. The energy teas gave a smooth boost, the protein drinks were great, and the protein treats tasted like a cheat without the guilt. Quick, convenient, and worth it!.
We stumbled upon this location and was super happy with the experience. The staff were super friendly and we immediately felt like family. She took the time to explain the menu and what we were ordering. The drinks and protein muffins tasted great. Over all a great experience!
I have been a very active member at this club for about 6-8 years now. I feel that it is very important to stay active and have the right supplements and protein shakes to support that. Liz is one of the coaches there that teaches fit dance and fit camp and to me consistency is key. She plays a major role in my commitment to living healthy.
