McDonald's in Thornton

“Food is typical McDonald's. I usually go here for breakfast on my morning errands with my dog. It's my go to McDonald's just because it's close but a part of my dog and I's morning routine. I haven't really had an experience where my burgers or meals was messy when I open the bag. Drinks like my coffee or iced coffee are consistently made to what I'd expect.What sets this McDonald's apart are the people. I usually see the same people unless school's out and there are teens from the local schools working there. In the morning, I am usually greeted by the same outstanding friendly staff such as Rigo or Gladis. They are always friendly and ready to make small talk or give a huge smile through the drive-thru. It's definitely a part of my morning routine. Excellent customer service.The McDonald's itself is pretty clean. Same with the parking lot and surrounding area as I've seen people time to time doing clean up or washing the parking lot or drive thru.“

“Not sure who the young man was that took my drive-thru order just low. Tall, long, curly hair that was pulled back, nice smile. But he had to have been the most personable, friendly & respectful staff member I’ve encountered in years. Just overall seemed happy to be there & I loved that. Well done hiring him!“

“I ordered thru the app and it was made 100% correct. I appreciate that and their food tasted fresh, hot and had no added salt, as I requested. I would definitely go back to this location on 120th Ave & Washington vs the one on 104th & Melody, who frequently get my order wrong and their fries aren't fresh. The one on 120th however is a little hard getting into coming from the west.“

“I had an amazing date yesterday at McDonald's and loved to be with those there. I felt good walking across the street and walking in to McDonald's after a while. It felt good getting back to the community with McDonald's and seeing how much of a difference it makes to join those who also eat there. I wasn't nervous as I was before going to McDonald's onto order I felt more confident to order and use the kiosk near the counter, I think that it's important for me to look at the additions to my order so that I can feel comfortable with it, I ordered a meal deal I think, which is new to me because I order the nuggets or double cheeseburger 😁🍔 when I do get to go, so this time I ordered the meal deal with double cheeseburger and chicken nuggets and small fries 🍟 and sprite. I had mine with honey mustard this time which isn't my normal. When I had the meal I was excited to see that my outside experience before even going to McDonald's was a good thing to have this one meal. So I enjoyed it just the way it were. I hadn't put no ice for my order with Sprite, but it's okay it melted on the way home 😭. I had another visit to McDonald's at a different location... maybe I could say it was a good double cheeseburger 😁“

“Have come here a few times, as a customer and Uber Eats driver. Service has always been wonderful! Once when they were doing construction on their drive lane, they were running orders to us drivers. The other day the app was down for my friend and I. We couldn't log in at the kiosk either. There's a $1 breakfast sandwich deal I wanted. Claudia understood our dilemna and took great care of us, thank you! Looking forward to coming back ?“

“In a tough economy nowhere beats McDonald’s breakfast - thank you for feeding me in tough times and always being kind and respectful through the drive-thru. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit with some honey on the biscuit and a coffee for under $3 (with the app) is keeping me fed and getting me through. Keep up the good work y’all!“

“This mcdonalds rating should be much higher. The food is always accurate and fresh. Even when we customize orders they come out perfect! Clean seating area. Other locations nearby are obviously using new Google accounts with no other reviews to boost their ratings but this location is legit“
