McDonald's in Arvada

“The restaurant was remodeled in May 2018, which gives the inside a fresh new look. I like using the new kiosks to order, but I like the mobile app even better. They accept Google Pay, which is faster than swiping a credit card. The food is consistent with other McDonald's restaurants.

I don't like the new interior layout. It is too open. I like to have some privacy, especially when loud and obnoxious people are in the restaurant. The open layout transmits sound more and makes it louder with few partitions to break it up.

I would bump this location up to a 5-star if they did some things to make the dining area better/warmer. One of my favorite interiors at a McDonald's is at the location by Flatiron Mall in Broomfield. They have several seating arrangements, booths, a fireplace, and warmer furnishings.

Update: Why is there such a wide range of ratings for this McDonald's? I've been here on every day of the week and at varying times. There are times when things are super busy with a line of cars at the drive through, Door Dash delivery people, mobile app orders, kiosk orders, and people at the front register. These super busy times can be frustrating for customers and workers. While the staff works as hard as they can to handle peak times, things happen that result in some negative experiences for customers. Overall, the staff does their best to provide the best service to everyone.“

“Okay I will be honest with you guys and say that you would have more customers that would have given you a better response if you were more attentive to the people who are upfront to get some food and place the order but you are to worried about the drive thru and I had to wait like 20 minutes to place my order and get some food.... So please just give the person who comes to have a good experience dining in,,,, more courtesy and not have to wait for 20 or just gets look over and be told that someone will be with you in a minute“

“Went inside on my way to work. There was no line, no wait, and we were served immediately. My breakfast sandwich was exactly how I remembered it as a kid! Nice and hot, served fast with a smile. That same taste with the sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin...the nostalgia just made it taste even more awesome!!

I like that I can count on the same, consistent taste no matter which McDonald's I visit, wherever I am in the country. The music and layout of the store may change, and there may be different interior designs in the lobby, but the same flavors are underneath all of it - and I appreciate that I can count on you to be exactly as I expect!“

“I just have to give a shout out to Maria, she was working 3/13 around 2:30 pm and within 1 second she gave me the biggest smile and gestured with her hand she would be with me shortly 🥰 I am a food delivery driver and every other restaurant I enter I feel unwanted, for lack of a better word. I know some might think Maria’s smile was just common courtesy but it is rarely seen in my dad to day work, so thank you Maria❣️ you made my day 😊“
