“First McDonald's, I've ever been to where you order by kiosk and no visible cashier. There's no hanging menu. The employees are all on the back handling the orders and bringing them out (and some are working the drive-through). The employee that served us was polite. Very futuristic location. “Best McDonald's location that I've beaten at in a while. The food was hot and fresh and didn't take long. There is no public drink machine though, they fill your drinks for you which I thought was odd. They have a parking lot that can accommodate semis which is amazing to see. The staff inside this restaurant really know how to run a place. 10/10 would recommend to any professional driver looking for somewhere to eat and use the restroom.Parking: Plenty of Car parking with a lot for semi trucks“
“Went on the Sunday of pride and didn’t expect to get my food as fast as we did. Store was filled to the brim with people ordering and eating and they got our food out in less than 5 mins! Staff was on top of it and was super nice even with how hectic it was!“

“Consistent food quality (what you would expect from McDonalds). The customer service is expedient but robotic (again, par for the course). I've eaten inside and take out. The dine in, in my experience, is clean and safe and the staff is courteous and personable (when engaged).P.S.- Don't know how new this is but they serve Fanta orange fou tain drinks.Kid-friendliness: Indoor play structure looks maintained.“
“We were there around 10pm after a concert. There were a handful of loiters outside and people asking for money while we ordered and waited at the drive through... So it was not pleasant. We were also right next to an incident where 2 young men tried to drive off their car that was hooked into a tow truck with McD's parking lot. It was dangerous because the guys in the towed car were being aggressive and squealing the wheels, trying to break the chain from the tow truck. I was so scared the chain would snap and hit us since our car was right next to it. Fortunately, the tow truck driver let the guys off and there was no violence or accident. Wrong place, wrong time, could have been real bad.“
“Extremely friendly hostess in the lobby helping customers order and making sure they had what they needed. Very clean throughout. Food was ok ... one sandwich wasn't made properly. Others weren't anything to write home about. Speed of service was good and what you'd expect.“
“They usually are speedy and courteous but check your soda flavor and requested food. I'm allergic to dairy so I always sans the cheese and they've put cheese on my sandwich thrice and I get regular coke and have been handed diet...so just double check before you leave“
“My son loves anything that is fast food. I myself really don't eat fast food but I'll stop for my husband or son. Every McDonald's I have gone to in Colorado always has the person working the drive thru that not only doesn't speak English but really doesn't understand it either. They almost always get my son or husband's order wrong. Not yesterday. The nice young man my son ordered from not only understood English very well but spoke it well too. He was very professional and you could tell he took pride in his job. I was pleasantly surprised and he got my son's order right. I think I'm going to stay in Greenwood village for awhile.“
“Since they took away the dollar menu I have found a new way to hack into the McDonald's matrix. Red or blue pill? Who knows and who cares? Forget the pills...have a mcgriddle for $1.00. all you have to do is download the app to your phone and then everyday there is a ridiculous deal that makes mcds affordable again. ($1 Big Mac, .50 French fries, $2.00 combo meal...etc) So I'm happy with it as it's absurd to pay $10 for a quarter pounder with cheese meal.“
“Overall I've never really had issues here. I tried calling but the phone must not work and I spent over an hour in the bathroom getting sick with food poisoning. It kicked in extremely quickly, I still don't feel good. And I know that it can take a few days. I already contacting Uber Eats. Cross contamination happens, I know restaurants try their best but I really wish I knew what item that it was. I haven't opened the Chicken nuggets yet, and I'm not going to because if it's from eating a couple fries then it's something from the frier or someone didn't change their gloves after touching raw meat. “When I was living in my old neighborhood southeast from where I live, I would walk to the Burger King on the corner of South Broadway and East Evans Avenue to get the Original Chicken Sandwich and 10-piece nuggets (later 8-piece nuggets). Now that this place is near my new place, I can walk there and order my two new favorites: McCrispy Deluxe w/ bacon and American cheese and 20-piece McNuggets.“
“Normally have average to not good experience here but today the app gave me a different order number then what the store had so my food for pick up had been sitting a couple minutes. (Not the stores fault, just app issue). They refreshed and upgraded my fries to a large without asking or fussing, as well as gave me extra sauce for my nugs.“

“I went to this MCds and I saw all the employees running a limbo line. FREAKING AWSOME. They must of been on drugs but its ok. It did take 3 hrs to get me my food but I did not know I was able to watch a Comedy show and get a burger. The fish filet did have worms coming out of it but it added an extra flavor. Then a crackhead came in naked and start dancing on people asking for money. I tipped her 300 dollars because she was very talented. They should call it CASA BONTIA because it was a movie. “This is one of the best McDonalds on the planet! I love having breakfast here. I always go and order Sausage, Egg, Cheese Biscuit and it is always so good. The atmosphere here is pretty good, and there is always someone out in the dining room doing a fantastic job of cleaning. A really good place to have Breakfast and Coffee. “Very busy, very loud, but DOES accept mobile order. I went to this McDonald's as a last resort late at night at the airport. They were one of the only spots open and the line was a mile long. BUT, I skipped a majority of the wait by ordering online on the app. I got my food within 5 minutes, compared to people around me who complained about 15+ minute waits.“
