McDonald's in Denver

“Every time I come here, the customer service has been so nice and awesome. They seem like they genuinely care about the customer. Even if they aren't the fastest or get some mistakes.. the customer service is always awesome and honestly I'd rather wait a few extra mins for good food but the others are complaining on here about wait times. They are people too. & Yes everyone makes mistakes so as long as they aren't consistent which I have not noticed here. For me the customer service can outweigh any wait time or a couple mistakes at times. Gotta give grace to the teams that care and are trying their hardest unlike the ones who don't care and have bad food.

One other mcdonalds a customer seemed rude about the cold fries, and then they quite literally gave me cold fries after her attitude. So if that was a habit for them. Some seemed snotty and don't care which you can taste in the food. But this location has been the best so far on every level. Always good hot food too. Good customer service really can give someone a boost in their mood and have a positive impact on their day.“

“Reliable spot to grab a quick bite whenever we go through DIA. I'm typically ordering for 3-5 people depending on how many of us are traveling, and I've only ever had one mishap with an order, which was promptly corrected without argument or fuss. Would definitely recommend“

“Best McDonald's location that I've beaten at in a while. The food was hot and fresh and didn't take long. There is no public drink machine though, they fill your drinks for you which I thought was odd. They have a parking lot that can accommodate semis which is amazing to see. The staff inside this restaurant really know how to run a place. 10/10 would recommend to any professional driver looking for somewhere to eat and use the restroom.

“Half filled large French frys served cold, are less than desirable app deal or not. They're fast and friendly but you get jipped on the frys size. Last visit was different than before. I upped my review 2 stars over 3 categories, with merit.
**Recent update 10.28.25. soda seems to be getting a little better at drive thru, not lobby though. Alexis aaron and 2nd shift managers, gets a star added to previous. 2
Your soda containers need to both be replaced. At the dans exact times. For everything but the tea.

“The young manager truly stood out, especially during the lunch rush. The place was packed inside and in the drive line. He stayed on top of everything , He directed his team with clear communication without sounding too tense or overwhelmed. He kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. In the middle of the chaos, he still communicated well with customers and make sure everyone had what they needed. That level of leadership, awareness, and professionalism during such a busy rush is awesome to see first hand.

“They always sell basic but as promised. Fast food, something i noticed is that their places are very clean inside and most of them are not even used. In terms of their chais, tables etc. Its very professional to hace nice amenities even when you don't need them“

“This restaurant is usually pretty bad, this time the burgers were good but the fries were slightly burnt and underrated. Overall way better than usual. This is because I asked for the food to be fresh, but still, good job on the improvement.“

“I go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s on 38th and Irving in Denver. The foods always cooked perfectly and presented with care, the staff is very friendly and specifically the gentleman with the goatee and earrings might be the best McDonald’s employee I’ve ever met. Thank you for keeping my 3rd closest McDonald’s my favorite store and an enjoyable experience every time!
PS I don’t have a lot of money and I don’t really have a kitchen so I eat fast food for most meals - I eat at this McDonald’s nearly every day for the reasons mentioned. Thank you, for real - your kindness goes much further than you know.

“This is probably the best McDonalds in Denver. You’d not think so since it’s on East Colfax. The food is always picture perfect. Special requests are followed. The staff are all great. They even learn your name when you are a regular. I order online for pic up and the food is always fresh and ready for me ten minutes after I place my order.“

“OMG! The food we received was absolutely delicious, amazing, fresh hot. The chicken nuggets were great and hot, the fries were fresh and hot and the McDouble was the best tasting hamburger I've ever had at McDonald's! It was hot till the last bite. I hope that the next time I visit this location the food will be just as good!

“Honestly enjoyed my experience here, I was a bit confused on what to order but this lovely lady Marie showed me some amazing deals that were going on that I wasn’t aware of absolutely amazing above and beyond. “I came in here after going to three different McDonald's locations trying to find the Pokémon Happy Meal toys. They had them! Picked up four happy meals and went on my way. Hot fries, good burgers.

Only negative point was the weird vibe around the checkout area. Everyone just stands around these now like vultures and crowds up the area because nobody dines in anymore. Maybe make a queue so we don't have to move people out of the way to get to the ordering stations/employee at the register. That's just a modern problem though, all locations have it.

Overall awesome McDonalds. Oh, it has a PlayPlace!“

“Food is generally prepared well and the employees are pleasant. But too often entire entrees go missing from the orders. Used to be the only McAdoo's of the four within range that consistently got the orders right, but that's no longer the case.“

“Very friendly location we went inside the establishment chat down right away to get ourselves together for what we're going to eat. It takes a bit longer than expected. But there was no issues they didn't sweaters didn't ask us if we were going to eat or anything we just mind your own business. I think it's the McDonald's in business. Good area nice location. Humongous play area for the children. Vary clean.

“I like this McDonald's rather than some of the other places The food's put together pretty well not like some places where the hamburgers are just slopped together like the person who did it doesn't want to be there they actually come put together well and wrapped up in the package so they don't fall out as soon as you get it. French fries fresh🍟 and not like it's been sitting there all day The services is on point the employees are nice and respectful and have a smile they're pretty quick for the most part and the parking is always pretty decent there's always some spots open on either side the north side or the south side of the building and there's even parking on the west side of the building so so generally pretty easy to get in and out of definitely recommend this McDonald's and if there's a much better job than its neighbors the Wendy's or the Taco Bell or the Jack in The box who all will mess up your order forget certain items customer service is bad and the food even worse

P.s I have been having a little trouble using there MacDonalds app at the drive thru. like the deals on the app are different at there register. Which leads to confusion which leads to a disagreement but they always have honored when I went to the window and showed them but with attitude 🙄“

“I ordered an apple pie on the mobile app then I decided I wanted to get some ice cream to put on top of it so I ordered an ice cream cone about 3 minutes after I ordered the apple pie as I was walking to McDonald's. I arrived, went inside and told them that I had two mobile orders, told them my name and the lady said oh you had ice cream and I said yes. Then I told them i ordered an apple pie and the guy said that he set it on the counter, kept pointing ☝️ at the counter saying i already set it here and you already took it. I told him that i just got here and he looked at me crazy. After 5 times of me saying i didn't get my order, to the point i was about to dump out my purse to prove it to him, he huffed and puffed and grabbed me my pie. I was kinda shocked that he set it out cuz usually they keep it behind the counter until you say the name on your order to prevent theft. Anyway, it was very clean inside and the apple pie was hot and the ice cream was the size a cone should be, not too skimpy. Overall it was an enjoyable a la mode and i would go back.“

“The crew here is very kind and in a pinch will help you in any situation I literally left their drive-thru and as I was leaving someone decided to break check me at the wrong time right outside their parking lot I came around and asked very nicely if I could have a replacement and they did it without charge, come here guys they know how to take care of their people.“

“Typical McDonald's. You know what to expect when you go. I like the Double cheeseburger and coffee plus some of the breakfast options like the sausage biscuits when pressed for time. I only use the drive through now although parking does seem available most of the time. The kiosks inside are a pain to use. I've never had a problem with the order here, but wait times can sometimes be longer than expected. The fries are good when hot, but not when they come out cold which they did on my most recent visit.“
