Had to buy something to use the restroom. No biggie.... waited about 12 minutes to get my drink that I had purchased from the kiosk. 12 minutes to hand me a cup.... think about that... fast food!
My mobility is severely limited due to a car accident less than 3months ago so I use a "knee scooter" to get around....typically not an issue but I struggled at this McDiesel's; Handicap/sloped ramp was not easy to spot/out of natural foot traffic path, exterior doors were HEAVY and slammed close....which thumped my broken foot once, almost twice at the same door as I struggled to keep it from slamming again....staff was inattentive at best, one guy working the front counter on...read full review
