Ordered food in the mobile app for pickup. The restaurant had a full drive thru that wasn’t moving so I went in to wait. There were 2 employees working: one making all of the food, and the other taking drive thru orders. After 15 min I went to ask about my order, and the drive thru guy was just standing around watching the other one make the food. He didn’t jump in to help keep things moving at all, just told me “we’re working on it” and went back to standing around.

I've gone here several times and generally have no complaints. But tonight, not even 30 minutes ago, I ordered just 3 crunchy tacos as the only person in the drive thru. Maybe 2 people ordering inside. I waited about 8 minutes and received...2 cheese roll ups? I mean, it's Taco Bell. You can expect the certain quality of any fast food. But it would be really nice if workers would take the extra 5 seconds to cut all the way through quesadillas, so that people arent trying to tear apart the tortilla with one hand while driving with the other... it is not that hard to cut a tortilla!!!Also, the carwash nextdoor makes it super hard to hear the people talking over the transceiver in the drive through.
