HOLY COW!!!! Went to the Fort Collins Food Truck rally tonight and decided to get a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich from here and I cannot recommend it enough! The way they managed to get it perfectly crispy on the outside, yet still deliciously juicy and tender on the inside is something I can only attribute to Gordon Ramsey chef level wizardry.
