i absolutely love chick-fila but have unfortunately had multiple issues with the timnath location more than one time. once i had ordered through the app and arrived in my parking spot to pickup- i waited for what had to have been at least 30 minutes before calling the inside store number to let them know i hadn't gotten my order even after checking in. they were serving multiple guests that had just gotten there but took forever with my food and only realized because i called....read full review

Chick-fil-A is a bustling yet clean restaurant with ample parking. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is exceptional, especially when using the mobile app for drive-thru pickup. The manager is amazing and attentive, running a very well oiled machine. The staff is extraordinarily empathetic, professional, and courteous. Recommended menu items include the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, Mac n Cheese, and chicken noodle soup. The lemonade is flavorful, not too sweet. Despite occasional noise from student groups, it's a convenient stop while traveling.
