He mentioned collies bakery was really good. I decided to give a look. I saw several gluten free items had to get for my wife. Including gluten free cheese cake. .my wife was in heaven!!
Then I looked further and had to have cinnamon buns. Sticky rolls. almond cousants, coconut macaroons with chocolate base, blue berry scones
All made from scratch the best ingredients
All I can say you need to come to Trinidad CO just for Collies Bakery off on Commerce and Main.“

“Some items better than others- but good pub brewery fair- good fish n chips, Philly cheese steak, good Apps....
Vegetarian options: A few Vegy choices- very good house made potato chips. Most items are $18-$20's. Approx 25ish or so per especially with an appetizer or a beer n tax.“

“Great spot! Even if you’re not vegan, it’s worth the try. Everything is homemade and healthy, and the owners have a wonderful vibe. The chai was one of the best I’ve had, and I enjoyed the falafel and carrot cake muffin. Thanks for the great experience! Namaste ?“
