Used to be decent, but has gone severely downhill. Have stopped twice in the last month and both times the food was inaccurate and definitely not fresh. This last time, I mentioned to the cashier that the carbonation was out in the soda dispenser and when she let the manager know I heard the manager loudly proclaiming she did not care and it was low priority. Staff was not rude to me during our interaction, but they certainly do not care. The fuel station this is located in is also terrible. Common greyhound stop and definitely not large enough to accommodate that quantity of people. Avoid if possible.

Caitlyn and malay are really going above and beyond on breakfast shift. I keep having numerous issues with the same staff member every single time I come in and haven't been able to voice the issues and concerns I've had until today. They actually listened and made corrections as needed. There's just one cashier in particular ruins my Wendy's experience every time. And it's because she does not listen. I ask her questions and she literally answers me incorrectly. And then lies about it. Unnacceptable The food is always wonderful though. The cooks are amazing.i love this location, love the Wendy's brand, and will continue to eat here. However I would recommend fixing the app so I can avoid ruining the very beginning of my day and just order food myself . Removing my possible negative experience with the same cashier.
