I've been coming here for awhile it's on my top 5 restaurant's in Trinidad I have 3 stars because of consistency the only thing they could do better is add pork to there green Chile the spice is just right nice and hot a little bland it's missing something maybe garlic but either than that every thing is good I've never eaten inside so that's why I gave it a 3 and that's not a knock on them I don't think there is a restaurant in Trinidad that I have 5 stars and in my opinion no....read full review
The El Rancho Restaurant is a local hidden gem in Trinidad! They have delicious food, excellent service and the best Green Chile in Trinidad. If you want to experience authentic, local cuisine, this is the place!
It's a must try. The food is awesome. It's like going back in time. Must try.

El Rancho Restaurant & Bar | Mexican is the restaurant on the hill with all the cars in front. The food is delicious, with quality beef and excellent Mexican food. Tacos are a favorite, with chewy/crispy shells and extra-lean ground beef seasoned to perfection. The staff is nice, and the owners are kind. The food was excellent for a funeral dinner, and guests loved it.
