We made a reservation and have been trying all afternoon to cancel. We’ve called and been on hold for over 1-hour before getting disconnected!! So frustrating!
My group did the gondola dining. The experience was unique, however service was minimal and the food is not authentic.
We were only checked on when delivering drinks and ordering/receiving food, which may have been to prevent open doors letting cold air in, however there were windows they could have signaled through to see if we needed more water or drinks, etc.

Food was great overall, and the ambiance was wonderful. The service was prompt and food arrived very quickly. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the side salad as I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian or a German salad with pickled veggies and vinegarette. All the other food was delicious. We will definitely go back.
