This is the greediest company in the world, no refunds is by far the silliest thing for a billion dollar organization. They own so many mountains in so many states with no respect for the people that actually use their mountains... why did we ever sell to this evil corporation?

Vail is just amazing and so are the people working at the resort, always nice, helpful and polite . On the other hand, it seems they outsourced their phone customer service. Their response was inconsistent to what I was told at the window office. On top it, the people are not knowledgeable and rude. Not a way to treat a Vail customer for well over 20ys.

Over crowded, hard to find a table. Tables were not clean, nobody working to clean tables as people left. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The pricing on the menu isn’t clear. The side of tomato soup was $11.
