Service was outstanding. Large portions. The short rib ragu was room temperature to slightly warm at best. Same with the broccolini. My partner had the trout which was good. Nice bar area and great mountain vibe. The staff was very friendly and very attentive.

Was there on Sunday night and the service and food were excellent. There has not been a time that I have gone that I've had a bad experience. Love to go at least twice any time we visit! Love them !

The Bully is usually fantastic. Unfortunately this time was kind of a disaster. We were running about 15 minutes behind. I tried calling the restaurant MULTIPLE times however no one was answering. I then received a cancellation notice just before we arrived at 15 minutes after our scheduled time. Ugh! When we walked in, at 17 minutes past our scheduled reservation, the host said sorry, I didn't have a phone at the host desk so you can't reach us. Therefore we cancelled your reservation. We waited another 40 minutes and were finally sat. The server seemed irritated by us likely due to some negative feedback from the host. Too bad. I've eaten here literally hundreds of times. Hopefully they can get things back in track since this is usually a wonderful spot.

We had a reservation for 4 adults and 4 children and we had amazing and efficient service and EVERYONE loved their food and we all enjoyed the wings as an appetizer! Will definitely return next time we're in Vail.

And overall great experience, our table had the chicken, Buffalo short rib, 🍔 and pizza. The pizza was a mild disappointment since it was made too soon and sat till the rest of the food was ready. The desserts 🍨 🥧 were excellent, so save room.

We wanted to love this place as it came recommended but sub par would be the best we would give this expierence. Our drinks for 17/20 dollars were not much above pub style. Our bartender who was young and nice had very offensive B.O., which in the service space is an absolute no. The food… we ordered our bourbon burger medium and came out almost well done and the fajitas were also well done, but the fajitas were mostly great. About 1/4 of the way through eating the burger the lower bun was completely soaking wet where we couldn’t finish it anymore. Definitely expected more for a beef restaurant in vail with the menu price points. Leaving very disappointed. Also, since we came during a slower time at the restaurant, we just watched the waiters congregate in the corner and talk, mess around and have very unprofessional conversation and giration movements to each other.

Our first night in Vail was a hit! We dined at Bully Ranch and were blown away. We ordered 12 different dishes, and every single one was delicious. Bully Ranch quickly became one of our favorite spots in Vail.

This was our first meal in Vail & we were pleased with it all! We loved the ranch decor, our server was outstanding & attentive & our burgers were fantastic!! After our meal one of the ladies in our party started feeling faint & sick due to various illness issues. The staff helped us get her to a quiet place with cool water & a cloth, kept checking on her & offering any help they could. She ended up being ok, thank goodness. The restaurant & the hotel were magnificent! Now we need you to open one of these in Georgia!!
Wagyu Biurger is really good. Busy pl3ase better to reserve before going.

I had great time and really enjoyed my dinner. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was really spectacular just like you are in the nature! I had chicken wings, burgers with mushroom sauce, kale salad, tomato soup. ALL of them were 10/10. I would strongly recommend this place for others. Great job guys and keep up the good work!
