One of the best steaks I've ever had. Highly recommend. Nothing is cheap in Vail, you might as well get something good

The servce was exceptional. Bone in rib eye melted in my mouth. Creamed corn and loaded potato made it delicious. To too it off the Chocolate brownie birthday treat was incredible.

Bland....so bland. Quality ingredients, but Nothing had flavor, every food dish relied on a sauce and butter to provide any kind of taste. Bread ...bland. Tuna tartar...bland. Filet.... bland. Ribeye...bland. The wine we were served with dinner was clearly the last glass pour and flat. Paid a lot of money for an overrated steakhouse where everything is lathered in butter and no better than a night out at Chilis. Will not be returning. Don't waste your money. There are plenty of other places worth spending your money and using your tastebuds. The saving grace was the service.

i've had good experiences over the years but this last one was so disappointing. the mozzarella and beet salad was tasteless. we ordered two filets medium and one came out burned. the broccoli was misted as saiteed but it came out steamed. and it was undercooked. it would've been ok if it was part of a crudite and not dinner. then i literally had to hunt down my server for the check. no longer on my vail restaurant rotation

The was a mix of opinions, 1 appetizer was good & the other one overcooked. Two of the fillets were cook perfectly but my short ribs were tuff, probably overcooked.

Our favorite steak house in Vail. You can’t go wrong with the filet mignon.

Had a birthday dinner here with my friend, so we were looking for an upscale place with a vibe! Elway's in Vail Village did not disappoint!
The atmosphere was perfect, chill vibes, nice decorations.
The food was delicious, Tuna tartar for appetizer and Seabass for entree! Food was incredible! The service was great they didn't miss a beat, Sebastian the server was on point with his recommendations and his service! He was super friendly and personality was on point!
Over all the experience was great! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful feast at Elway’s. We started with a tasty mezcal old fashioned and delicious oysters. Being from New England we can be picky and these didn’t disappoint. The champagne mignonette was a nice compliment. Of course the sourdough boule was hard to resist. Highly recommend the onion soup as well. My gf was kind to share Elway’s salmon - loved the miso white butter sauce and seafood topping. I barely finished half of my rack of lamb and it was hard to stop eating. Cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. We finished with the carrot cake which was also hard to stop eating. Our server Zaira was the best. Thank you!

Spent the whole next day on the slopes thinking about how good the steak was at dinner. Chef Victor’s bone in rib-eye and all the house made sauces are the bomb.

Elway’s Steakhouse absolutely blew me away. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. I ordered the bone-in ribeye and it will change your life. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavor, and truly unforgettable. Chef Victor is phenomenal. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every detail, from the perfectly balanced dressings to the sauces he makes entirely in house.

The experience from start to finish was outstanding. If you’re anywhere near this place, go. It’s a 10 out of 10 without question. Highly, highly recommend.
