My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Every time we return to the Left Bank we remark that it's the best meal in the Valley. The staff is wonderfully attentive and so friendly, the atmosphere is one of fine dining, and the food is delicious, from appetizers to desserts. There is not a better French onion soup in town. Consistently the best food and service in Vail. The Dover Sole for two is exquisite, and the accompaniments are just as delicious. The peach tart is amazing. This dining experience should not be missed.
The Left Bank is consistent. The food is always outstanding. The wine list, while pricey, has some excellent choices and the Sommelier is more than capable of picking deliciously compatible wines with the food you order. I've eaten the Vol au Vent there for years and years and years. Absolutely my favorite dish! Yum yum yum. If only other restaurants could deliver the amazing food visit after visit like the The Left Bank does
