From the start, all was A+. I received a phone call an hour prior regarding table locations. When we arrived, we were able to sit at the bar and have a delicious cocktail made by MJ. We were with friends that this was their first time dining at LB so we wanted it to be special. There's a reason Left Bank has quietly succeeded for more than 20 years in a community with high expectations: It's very good. We enjoyed it again, even more than our last visit.
Excellent French haute cuisine and overall dining experience. Beautiful wine list. Som was helpful. Our server, Alex, was fluent in French, which was an additional treat. Classic French hors d'œuvres, escargots, tartare de bœuf, onion soup, and tomato soup in puff pastry were delicious. We had individually prepared Beef Wellington (3), filet, and the pork chop.
