Definitely the most elegant restaurant in the Vail Valley. The staff is absolutely professional. They are not rushing you like most other restaurants in the area. Excellent wine list with fair pricing. The food is well made, nicely presented and delicious. It is on the expensive side, but well worth to spend this much. It was unfair they didn't get the Michelin recommendation, we hope they will get it this year.

This is our 5th trip to Vail. Never had tried Left Bank. It has moved to one of my top picks here. From appetizers to desserts, just outstanding food & service—worth the money.

I had been to the left bank before and this time was disappointing. It was very overpriced, food was average and service was slow. Sad to see one of my favorites is loosing it's star...

We have had a ski home in Vail for 30 years and have eaten everywhere in Vail including Left Bank many times over the years. Last nights meal was the best we've had this winter anywhere. Everything was great!

This is an annual outing on our trip to Vail and never disappoints. This years special was a 32 ( or 28?) oz Rib eye. Cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Service is great as is the wine list. You can't go wrong if you would like a special night out! Ps I am Dairy and Gluten Free. Our server was very helpful and the food did not dissappoint.

TLB has been a standout restaurant in Vail for decades and has consistently offered great classic French high cuisine. I first dined here in 1971 on my first trip to Vail with my wife and TLB has never disappointed us in the many return visits since. On this occasion I started with the escargot which were some of the largest I have ever been served, but they were very tender and well seasoned. Next came a perennial favorite, the endive and pear salad. This is a masterpiece so if you like endives, don't pass it up. For the entree I had the special of the night, a Wagu beef Wellington. $$$$$ but simply superb. TLB is well known for its dessert soufflés, usually chocolate or lemon/Grand Marnier. In years past I preferred the lemon because, although the texture of both soufflés was excellent, I found the chocolate to be bland. Not this time. It was much more flavorful yet maintained the excellent texture. The restaurant was fully booked but I was able to get a seat at the bar. I liked it. It was quieter than the main dining room and the staff was very attentive. Don't hesitate to take a seat at the bar or at one of the tables in the cocktail area. Same menu and same excellent service. It was a perfect dining experience. See you next year, TLB!

Wow! What a phenomenal experience. Top notch service. Every dish we had was absolutely delicious. Best Foie Gras and Beef Wellington I've ever had. Our sommelier Andy picked some great bottles based on our likings. The pear tart dessert was delicious as well. Five stars all around, we will be back next year!

Our server Brendan is incredible. He did an amazing job throughout the entire dinner and was extremely helpful in guiding us through our wonderful experience. Andy the sommelier was top notch as well. The whole experience was extremely enjoyable and the food was perfect as well. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality night in Vail village.

The Left Bank has been our favorite in Vail for 25 years. Always flawless and creative, from cocktails to the final course. Greg was a great balance of professional service and cordial friendliness. The foie gras is superb, and classic. Recommend wholeheartedly!

Outstanding as always. The female bartender has been making us wonderful drinks since before covid. She also makes great mocktails. The food is delicious. Lots of GF options. Always a pleasure.

Food was excellent and great portions. Service also excellent . Ambiance in the bar area nice but a little too reserved in dining room, and have to walk through a mediocre hallway/stairs to get to the restaurant . Will return next time we are in Vail for the good and service

Expect much more from a restaurant of this rating. Was the worst service - waited more than 20 minutes for our first drink order, waiter Aliya (spelling?) was pretentious and unfriendly. We asked for separate checks for each couple and he gave them to us with the explanation that he knew he made mistakes (dude, at least put two entrees in each check instead when there's 3 checks and 6 people). Food was just average. The desert soufflés that had to be ordered in advance were a complete flop (literally)! Don't need to go back

Excellent food and service . The bouillabaisse was outstanding . It well prepared without overcooking the seafood . A nice touch and different was the addition of a well condimented side of rice that you could add to the perfectly flavored broth . The pear tart layers were crisp and buttery as they should be . For a French restaurant, the bread was not up to par with the rest of the meal , but the main course, appetizers and desserts more than made up to make the dinner a wonderful experience.

This has been our favorite restaurant in Vail for over 40 years. It's modern, the service is over the top, excellent wine list, but the food is sensational. I dream of the tomato soup covered in puffed pastry and the chocolate souffle all year long. The sole and the trout are perfectly cooked.

The only good thing at dinner was the wine. The food was basic, not even good taste or anything special about any plate (I think the food at mountain restaurants is better). The service didn't exist... they only place the plates and take them away from our table. Not coming back, there are so much more good options to eat on vail. The left bank didn't worth the money we spent there.
