This was a stellar dining experience. It was NOT crazy loud and bustling, the fish options were amazing, the waygu was a fun experience and THE DESSERTS!! Holy moly. this was thee best experience i’ve ever had dining in Vail. I appreciate the wonderful atmosphere and kind, attentive service.

We celebrated our 12th anniversary at Makoto and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The Tonkatsu was incredibly tasty and tender, with a delightful twist of truffle that elevated the dish. This place is magical! The food is really amazing and the service is high top !!!! The server Edgardo was very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back here anytime I have a chance. Really I can’t describe how amazing this place is!!!!
