Outstanding upscale dinner spot. Service was outstanding from the knowledgeable waitress to everyone bringing out meals and refilling water. Manager personally served wine and was very knowledgeable on the huge wine menu. We had rolls and skewers as well as the warm shrimp dish. All very flavorful and fresh. Excellent choice.
Service was impeccable. The food was very enjoyable. We make it a point to go whenever we're in Vail. Husband loves the scallops. The tempura was hot, crunchy and delicious! I enjoyed the miso cod lettuce cup so much that I ordered a second! The staff was attentive, very polite and professional.
Matsuhisa is incredible! Always fresh and the flavors are delicious. We always make it a point when we are in Vail to make a reservation. If you are looking for quality sushi in Vail we highly highly recommend!
