Tea tasted like they made a pot of tea and dipped a fish in it. Food was gross: greasy and flavorless.

I wouldn’t return. The wait took a long time with no communication and that’s fine but we were behind a table of 6 waiting and watched two tables that would accommodate our 3 top
Open for 20 minutes and it wouldn’t have accommodated the 6 top. They don’t have a text system or pager system just kind of
Wait until they get to you and wait behind the people before you. This aside we got
Sat finally at one of those 4 tops that were open for 20 minutes only to wait to
Be acknowledged by our waitress 15 minutes later. For being a smaller space it was like that really didn’t care that you were there. We asked for a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza thick crust. 20 minutes later it came on thin and burnt. So burnt the crust could’ve been used as a hammer and just charred black. So the taste wasn’t good. Also hardly any pepperonis like 3 to a slice. Cheese sticks were obviously frozen but tasted fine just cold in the middle. Salad was okay but the ranch was from the grocery store and oddly warm. Our server never stopped to ask how things were: she showed up at the end with a check and brought a to go box. The restrooms were not clean and out of soap and paper towel dispenser was taped to wall. It’s placed by the kitchen so each time going back you were ran into and given looks for being in their way. Won’t be back. May be better on a less busy season? Well stuck with Vendettas.

We looked at online menu which listed gluten free crust option for pizza. We waited to be seated and for a waitress to come to the table to be informed that the online menu was not correct and the restaurant had no gluten free options for our son.
Always busy and mid food

Its a very nice pizzeria in Vail Village, it has got plenty of options in pizza and other stuffs as well. The place is always crowded and sometimes there is a wait of approx 30 mins if visiting at peak hours.

They have recently gone downhill, horrible attitude and service. And the takeout food wasn't very good either. So disappointing for a restaurant we used to love.

One of the more original or local places to eat. Good portions, nice prices as compared to other places and good service.
They will come up as Italian but they will tell you they are local and not fine dining. Good place to eat !!

I did not like the atmosphere here. Not profesional from the workers at kitchen/bar, they were loud, cursing. If you care where you take your family and kids you will understand. The tables are so close to each other. They were plenty free tables and the girl had us seated in a uncomfortable table with other people like we were together, I could feel the strangers close to us breathing in my food.
The pizza was not bad.
Waiting time could do better and also waiting time to be seated could do better too.

Ordered take out and sat at the bar while we waited for our food. Our pizza calzone and salad were super tasty and the bonus was hanging out with the locals listening to some cool Rolling Stones tunes.

Me and my girlfriend stopped in for pizza this afternoon. I ordered the Pizza de Roma and while the flavor was good, the slice was surprisingly tiny and very thin. We also ordered a side of fries with ranch dressing and I was disappointed to find the ranch was not homemade. It was warm and tasted shelf stable rather than fresh, which is a dealbreaker for me because homemade ranch is easy to make and makes a big difference.
The waitress was sweet, but not as attentive as we hoped. Overall, we left feeling pretty disappointed

Pazzo’s Pizzeria in Vail was okay, but the service was bad, and a 20% gratuity was automatically added for our party of two without any notice. Just be aware and check your bill carefully. I’ve never experienced that before at a small dinner for two, and it felt misleading and unfair. Given the poor service and surprise surcharge, I left feeling overcharged and under‑welcomed.
