1st time customer. The server sat me down at a table, it started raining so I moved 1 table over to be under cover. 20 mins went by waiting… Never got any water or placed any order. The server had forgotten about me. Wasn’t until they walked by they realized. Ordered food, waited another 15 mins. Small supreme pizza undercarriage is soggy wet in the middle so it’ll flop & toppings will fall. They need to work on that. Flavors are good otherwise.

Waitress was super friendly, attentive, and it was a very good experience. Lots of meat and ingredients in the pizza pocket. It's kind of fun going in there and remembering how it looked thirty years ago...the same! Excellent value for Vail and arguably the very best pizza in Vail. Good spot!

Ordered two slices of pizza and a drink and sat down at a table. Was immediately told they were “allowing me to sit at a table because it wasn’t busy” off season, 11 AM on a Tuesday. I was the only person in the restaurant. Treat your only customers with some respect. Mid pizza, horrible service. 2/10 whole experience.

I was looking for a take away pizza and came across Pazzo’s. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I ordered and had a beer while waiting and the staff looked after me brilliantly. As for the pizza, fresh ingredients, really tasty and great value for money. I’d thoroughly recommend.

Good for a quick bite. Pretty decent pizza. The Stromboli was good 👌🏼. Service was ok. Young girl didn’t seem happy to serve.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Our waitress on 7/29 around 2 pm had a terrible attitude. Wouldn’t write down our order then got it wrong and blamed us. Slammed down the correct order when we had her remake it. I ended up leaving without eating because I was afraid she spit on my food. Husband would only pay in cash because he was afraid waitress would steal our credit card number. Do better Pazzos. Used to love it here. Won’t be returning.
