We love the Red Lion. The location is perfect and it's fun hanging out watching football on a Saturaday afternoon. Our last visit - waitress.bartender was a little burned out. We asked her to correct our burger and she said she would bring us a slice of cheese...lol. Thank goodness a co-worker stepped in and took great care of us....sent our burger back and made it PERFECT!

I'm not sure why the poor reviews. I'm reviewing the restaurant. The food was so clean! My husband had the fish and chips and I had the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. Not kidding. I love the patio and atmosphere as well. We'll definitely be back!

Food was fine. Service not so much. Ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo. Came without. Waiter didn’t come back to check on us for the entire meal. Came when I had finished the sandwich. I said “Where have you been?” His answer, “You guys were far away. I forgot about you.” No apology. Nothing. Very poor customer service.
The place looks cool. The food was ok, we got the brisket sandwich. It was not a smoked brisket. It was slow cooked chopped brisket. Wasn't what I was expecting for 27$. But didn't taste bad.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment while on vacation. During my visit, I was unable to enjoy alcoholic beverages because I forgot my adult ID. Despite explaining my situation and offering alternatives such as a digital copy of my ID and other relevant documents, I was denied service. I understand and respect your establishment's policies, but I believe there are ways to address these cases without causing inconvenience to customers. I would like to suggest that consideration be given to accepting alternative proofs of age in exceptional situations, or at least offering a solution that does not impede the enjoyment of other services.
