Really enjoyed the drinks and vibe here. A few classics for people who want more traditional options, but also some really great innovative ones. Loved the twist on the martini with tequila. Pretty good value considering the location as well- my fiance and I are both experienced drinkers and after two here we felt like we needed a little break! Food options were great too.

Awesome experience. Great food and even better drinks. JD made a solid few ones, the watermelon mezcal one was dope! Birria slaps. So often these days you sit down for a cocktail and a few sips in ask yourself, “what am I doing? Why am I drinking this.” Root & Flower reminds you why you seek that next best cocktail. We stopped for a really nice cocktail outside on their small patio with our dogs. Great cocktails, service was quick and insightful. We would come back again to experience the quaint inside during the evening to grab a drink and live music! So great!

Locals for 10years, living in eagle. Fun to play a tourist in our mountain town, We don't have very many GREAT cocktails spots in the valley,... but this one sure is. Cocktails are on par with any big city. Wines by the glass are awesome- with a few off the beaten path. .finished with Champagne.. service was perfect!

Such a fun little spot with great vibes! We popped in for a drink after a day of biking and ended up chatting with some friendly out-of-towners. Perfect place to unwind and soak in the atmosphere

We stopped by for some appetizers and a glass of wine. We were 10 minutes early, but Jeremy opened the door and welcomed us in. I saw their Scotch collection and, being a whiskey drinker, I wanted to try different scotches to see if I'd like a different liquor. Jeremy was AWESOME, setting up a Scotch tasting for me and going into the details of blends, single malts, etc... He made the BEST margarita for my wife (we ate at 7 different restaurants while in Vail, his margarita was the best) and the food was great (try the olives)! We are planning to return every year at this time because Vail is so chill at this time of the season. Thanks again Jeremy for a great experience!

Drinks are fine, but the food is actually horrible. Mushroom plate was basically canned mushrooms with no seasoning, oyster was rotten, unseasoned seafood pasta bowl, “pickle” plate was cucumbers, beets, and carrots just covered in vinegar, caviar was brought out as one of the last plates, food brought out that I never ordered. When we sent the horrible plates back to the kitchen we heard the staff laughing, manager kept giving us dirty looks. Not our fault the food is god awful for an obscene price. This is a cocktail bar and it should stick to cocktails, food is not their strong suit
