We were there for lunch and had French dip sandwiches. They were excellent. We also think they have the best French fries around. Not only was our server efficient, he was very pleasant.

I have been going to Russell's for many, many years; I am a local. Russell's is one of my go to, top notch dining establishments in Vail. The decor is similar to the upscale steak restaurants in NYC - subdued with a happy ambience. The waitstaff is always at your command and they make sure all is as it should be without you asking. The FOOD - OUTSTANDING! Everything on the menu is done to perfection as per YOUR desires. Of course the scalloped potatoes are a must. When...

Enjoyed the meal, Cowboy steak with a King crab leg added. Server was great, enjoyed the conversation and appreciated the wine recommendation. Also received a delicious chocolate layer cake as a birthday bonus. The atmosphere was comfortable and we enjoyed a table on the street side. Overall great experience!
