If you are looking for a sweet treat in Vail, this is the place! The ice cream is phenomenal! We stayed in Vail for a week and went three times. I will be sad I can’t get this ice cream back home. Shoutout to Morgan for the best customer service and friendly smile! 😊

Great service and has vegan flavors!

So many flavors! We got a pint of the base Sweet Cream and it was perfect. Employees asked us about military by seeing our ID in wallet. Huge attention to detail that gave us such good vibes even.

They happily let us sample and everything tasted so fresh.

Paid nearly $10 for one scoop of ice cream and asked for chocolate drizzle, and she filled the cup with it to nearly overflow, completely covered and I had to scoop it out of my cup into the trash in front of her. Customer service was poor and it was gross and inedible. We went to sit at a table and she let us know we had to leave because she needed to use the restroom which was fair but the overall attitude felt unhelpful and like we were a nuisance. Do better.

This little shop is an ice cream lover’s dream! The flavors of ice cream range from the trusted standby flavors like chocolate to the imaginative flavors of London fog, “oh nuts!” and Apple pie. Though our stomachs were too full to eat a sundae, we will be back to gobble one down, another day. Today, we tried a scoop of the butter pecan and salted cookies and cream. Both hit the spot! Scoop sizes are generous and staff are friendly.

I just went for ice cream for my little child , and ho bummer just realized 😳 😕 forgot my cards at home ( just leave across the freeway) and a girl ask me to leave something in exchange for the money I own until I return and paid $5.72, in front of other customers, really??? Of course I'll comeback and paid ,of course I'll never ever get ice cream and I tell all my family and friends , sundae do better

Great customer service and lots of options to choose from. Low crowd on a Sunday afternoon. They have seating arrangements outside the shop. Situated in a beautiful city with picturesque architecture and views.

Had a delicious vanilla waffle cone. Great customer service and the taste of the ice cream was amazing

Delicious periwinkle and matcha double scoop to share with my wife. Would highly recommend this location. Convenient and high quality and lots of exotic flavors.

One suggestion to owner would be to turn the signs so that people can see it as they walk. If not for the tables outside and a few people eating, I had no idea and ice cream shop was there.

Great ice cream. Creamy, thick, flavorful, and just enough flavors for everyone to find something. I like that you can get a single scoop but cut it half to get two flavors.

Wow, this place is seriously overrated. Went here Sunday night after nice dinner in the village as we really wanted to get ice cream at Joe's Deli (which unfortunately had already closed) and seeing the high overall rating for Sundae figured it'd be just as good. Wrong. Long lines (to be expected, as I've never not seen it this way), but service was also kind of abrupt and really not super friendly (I get it, it was Sunday night about 20 min before closing with a long line of customers to serve and probably many of us are annoying in wanting to try a sample before buying, but still-would kinda like it if when I walk up to the counter after waiting 20+ minutes to get an $6 ice cream cone I'm greeted with more than just a blank stare.) Also, we asked for cones and got bowls instead - not sure why the servers didn't ask if we wanted cone or cup, I guess it was just assumed but would have been nice if they asked - didn't feel like making a big deal out of it considering the long line and how busy it already was, but whatever. The ice cream wasn't even that good - glad at least the servers were nice enough to let us try a couple flavors (smores, strawberry basil, salted caramel cookie thing IIRC) but I was really quite underwhelmed with the whole thing. Ended up ordering mint milk chocolate kids cone (which they just gave us in a compostable bowl) and the salted caramel cookie thing, which were really just OK. Feel like I've had better ice cream out of the carton buying Whole Foods brand. Yes, it's only ice cream, certainly not the end of the world that it wasn't amazing, but between the long wait, indifferent service, meh product AND the fact that I saw a little mouse scurrying right in front of the shop while we were waiting in line I think I'll pass on returning here and would advise others to get their ice cream fix at Joe's Deli instead
