Great flavors, great quality ice cream. Service is excellent as well. Be warned that they charge a "service charge". For scoping ice cream. At an ice cream shop. Raise the price by 5 cents and nobody will notice or care.

Stopped in a few months ago with my wife for a coffee dessert because all the coffee shops in vail were closed. We got the coffee flavor amongst others and were very impressed with all the flavors we sampled. All very high quality. The manager was super nice and even threw in a heftier serving of the coffee ice cream (at no charge) just to make sure I got my caffeine fix given the circumstances. We also ended up talking to her for a while and it was very refreshing to meet a manager who actually cared about her customers beyond just making a sale. We’re not from CO but we will definitely be stopping in whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommended.

Lots of flavor choices. We ordered a kids sundae (had lots of whipped cream on it) and a chocolate scoop with dark chocolate chip mix in. Icecream was rich and a huge quantity. Price is on the expensive side. Limited seating inside.

The ice cream is good, but it was a poor experience. They’re only accepting cash and they ran out of both flavors we were going to get. Plus, the person scooping ice cream didn’t seem friendly and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Mediocre quality ice-cream [the cone was very good] and absolutely disappointing service. We were told they are out of our favorite flavor just to see it put back in after we reluctantly agreed to and paid for a different one. Dissapointing!
