We have had some great times and meals at the 10th but this last experience is cause for a 2-star review. Upon entering, we were greeted by the host who seemed a bit frazzled and did not want to seat us.
Once sat, we were surprised by the published prices as they do not match the prices online. $42 for Pot Pie and $45 for a Burger and Fries... yikes!
After waiting 25 minutes to order, the food arrived within 2-minutes... a bit suspicious!! We ended up ordering QTY(3) cheeseburgers and QTY(1) Chicken Pot Pie. Two of us split a burger and the pot pie. The Chicken Pot Pie was very tasty (a bit oily).
The burgers were decent but the side of fries were cold and stale. We complained about the fries and the waiter did bring us about 4 potatoes worth of fresh fries. These were ample times better (Service was a 3-Star but this bumped it to a 4). We should not have to send cold stale fries back when we are spending $45... it should come out fresh and hot. The 2-minute cook time seems even more suspicious!!
What really got us, was they charged us $6 without warning to cut the burger in half! Complete robbery charging $45 for burger and fries and additional $6 to cut a burger in half.
Needless to say, we will not be going back to the 10th. Spend your well earned money elsewhere!

Disappointing experience. Made a reservation, but had to wait a long time to be seated. To make matters worse, they were out of 4 dishes I ordered, including the bottle of wine. Hopefully, they'll get their inventory and timing sorted out.

Disappointing experience at what’s supposed to be a premium restaurant. Despite having a reservation made four weeks in advance, we were greeted by a rude and disinterested hostess who made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests.
The food left a lot to be desired—nothing special, certainly not worth the time or price. Our server was friendly but lacked attentiveness; plates weren’t cleared when coffee arrived, and even after we paid, they remained on the table.
The overall experience was bland and frustrating. We felt like we wasted valuable ski time for a subpar meal and poor service. If you’re looking for a great dining experience on the mountain, skip The 10th and head to any of the main food courts like Mid Vail, Two Elk Lodge, or Eagle’s Nest. They offer better variety, faster service, and a far more enjoyable experience. Save your money and time!

An Ok place in a really amazing location. Not many places to dine in once you make it high in the mountain. But the food is ok nothing too spectacular. The prices are obviously expensive.

The 10th is amazing. I ate at the bar; the elk chili is amazing and the bartenders were excellent.

Went with a large party and had a great time, but a few food items - such as the elk chili - I would not recommend!

During lunch today, my wife and I observed the staff making it extremely difficult for a family to place an order. This family were made to look stupid, while the bar staff blatantly ignored them and served other customers (who arrived after them). After being patronizingly ordered to wait at the side of the bar, the father was then rudely advised that they would be “thrown out” if he, his wife or children took their food outside. I’m not one for writing reviews but I am truly appalled out how the bar staff treated these people . I have no idea why they were treated this way but it was very unpleasant (and concerning) to see.

The bar tenders were completely out of order. They are here to help and instead of helping and being gracious they threatened our party to be thrown out if we took out to the patio. We had seats at the bar and the people eating were eating at the bar. Never coming back. Pete and ?

I had one 5-star experience and one 2-star experience.
The 2-star experience was mostly awful service... We only got our first drinks around 2 mins before we were given the cheque. Food was delivered wrong. Only saw the server once until we complained after food was delivered.
5-star experience was amazing the server was the best I've had in years. Charismatic, helpful, attentive. Pizza with honey wasn't a good decision. But was great food for everyone else.

The absolute worst hot dog I’ve ever had in my life. And it was $35 dollars… Pair that with rude, incompetent service and an already included 20% tip and you have a 1 star review. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

We were a party of 8 looked after Brian, who was polite friendly and kept a close eye on our table to ensure we had everything we needed. We are booked in for another day!
