Had the most amazing French fries and sweet potatoe fries and great service. Wish I ate here instead of in the village more.

Kitchen didn't get our order, or it was given to someone else, so we cxld our food as we didn't have time to eat it and get to the concert! Server was great about the mixup. . . Very apologetic, but couldn't recover
Great AMP preconcert spot. Bad weather forced us into a seldom used dining room that is all but forgotten by the staff. Although friendly and helpful when asked, the room's location is not conducive to attentive service. That said, the food and drink were top-notch.
Very nice people, nice servers!

We had terrific service from 2 different waiters, one of them went to the lobby to find my wife some tea as she was suffering from altitude sickness. The prices of various dishes were quite reasonable by Vail standards. The patio outdoors overlook the Gore Creek and was quite beautiful and peaceful.

Had a late afternoon lunch on the patio today. Quiet, gorgeous view of Gore Creek; great service & one of the best Tuna Bowls I’ve ever tasted!

Loved the location. Food was Ok. Dessert was delicious, strawberry rhubarb cobbler. Peaches were canned on my salad, not fresh... a bit disappointing given the summer season. Sweet potato fries were delicious. Would give the restaurant another go.
Outside seating was not set up well for a group of 8. Having to sit on outdoor furniture with a fire table rather than at a true dinner table setting made the experience awkward. That said, our food was good as was the service.
The Fitz is a nice, casual restaurant. Overall meals were very good, maybe just a little spicier that expected. Sauce on the side for the Tuna Poke was a good choice. Even the Fitz Burger was a bit on the tangy side.

We went here before a concert but had mixed feelings about it. I enjoyed my order of a mango margarita and a tuna bowl. My husband had a gyros plate with fries. He thought the meat wasn't properly seasoned and the pita was over grilled and tough to cut. Basically only one of us enjoyed the meal. Service was friendly but slow.
We were going to a Bravo Show which began at 6pm. Most restaurants weren't serving meals at 4:30 pm, however, the Fitz was still serving lunch so not only was it close to the amphitheater but the timing worked outtoo. The menu, which is very similar to the dinner menu, had many options to choose from. We had the Ribeye Steak Sandwich and the Curried Chicken Salad sandwich. Both were very good. This is a very casual restaurant. The waiter was very helpful and the service was good.

We were up in Vail for a concert and we decided to stay at the Vail Manor and eat at the Fitz. The convenience factor played into the decision and it worked out perfectly. The food at the Fitz was very good. We had beet hummus, fish tacos and roast chicken-all were delicious. Isabel was very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a nice weekend away from Denver.
I have been enjoying the food at The Fitz for several years. The quality of the food and drinks is excellent. The menu offers options for those who have food allergies. Sitting on the deck with its comfortable seats, colorful flowers, and views of the mountains is very pleasant and relaxing. Location is on Gore Creek, close to Ford Park, Betty Ford Flower Garden, and the Bravo Vail pavilion.
