We stopped by the Fitz Bar + Bites after the concert at the amphitheater. They (Vail) were also hosting the Jazz Festival so they had an exceptional jazz improv going on. We snacked on cheese bites and other munchies while enjoyed the outstanding music. What a phenomenal weekend of talent, music and food.
We enjoyed the mahi tacos and hummus, both of which were fresh and flavorful. The presentation was stunning, and the live music contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Brendan made great drinks and provided amazing service.
The Fitz has always been a great go-to restaurant, especially when we are hitting the amphitheater for a concert. They have a nice outdoor patio overlooking the river in addition to plenty of seating inside. The food has always been great and we'll definitely be back!
