We visited pre-ski season and the atmosphere was perfect. No large crowds and the service was wonderful.
Waited almost an hour for a waiter to take our order, even after asking several staff members if they could send someone by. After ordering, waited another 30 minutes to get our drinks. They had forgotten to put in our food order so that took another 30 minutes after our drinks came. We ended up self-serving water and getting plates and utensils because, even after asking for them multiple times, they never came.
