I eat here every year when I visit.

Thank you so much for fitting us in early 5:30 instead of our 7:00 reservations. It was a long day and didn't want to wait that long. The food and service was excellent. Next time in Vail, will have dinner here.

We travel once a year to ski beaver creek and always return to Up The Creek in Vail for the magnificent view. Fantastic food. Excellent service. And everything else you can think of!!! Love the kefir lime in chicken tortilla soup! I love the relaxed atmosphere.

Great place to go in family, it was hard to find it due to Google maps instructions. Food is good, nothing espectacular but really enjoyed it.

Had been there two years ago and had a really good experience. Value was excellent. Last night did not replicate that experience. Chicken tenders for my granddaughter were actually burned. My trout was good. My son's steak, OK. A +$50 steak should not be ok. My wife's meal and my son's wife's meal they both felt was below average. The waiter was a very nice person. Maybe it was just one of those nights.

They charge a “river and mountain tax” that is just tacked on the bottom of the bill. They do have a card explaining that it supports charities like open space and environmental groups. You can have it taken off but we didn't know that till we paid our bill and asked what the charge was. We are locals and already pay an open space preservation tax. And for visitors/tourists, we think it is just another charge on the people who bring money to our valley. I suspect most tourists don't even notice it. Tourists bring business to our valley and the need for restaurants and wait staff. Why hit them with another cost?

A good experience overall, with a great staff. The food was excellent, although it did take a bit of time to get to us.The atmosphere here is quiet, thanks in part to its tucked-away location on Gore Creek.

As usual, our dining experience was fantastic and the food was excellent. I had the best gnocchi dish ever, and my husband's salmon was very delicious as well. For dessert we shared the flourless chocolate cake, which was wonderful and the best espresso martini. We look forward to coming back in February.

I loved the salads and sitting by the creek for lunch so this became our go to place while in Vail. Request outside if weather permits! My husband had a turkey sandwich that was extraordinary!

Great location on the creek. Otherwise, the food and service were very average. This seems to be a common occurrence in Vail.

Sitting outside on a beautiful fall day, with showers of golden aspen leaves made the already delicious meal taste even better. The chicken tortilla soup and Reuben sandwich were both excellent.
