Awesome addition to west vail. This place was clean, service was quick and friendly, and the food was amazing. My wife and I ordered take out of the fried platter b and cajun hot spiced crawfish. The fried platter was good and the crawfish were delicious and juicy. I couldn't believe that the crawfish tasted as good as they smelled. The take out was ready on time and quick transaction. All I have to say is wow. I’ve tried seafood boils at places like Red Lobster and Joe’s Crabshack. I’ve never had anything that taste as amazing as their Cajun Shrimp Boil. It’s more of a garlicky buttery sauce than just a boil. I didn’t know shrimp could taste this good! I only wish they had a restaurant where I live!
Great seafood. Who else can do shrimp and crab like that! I believe, if I heard correctly, that this young chef worked for a Michelin starred restaurant. The food is fabulous, but it would be great if he had outdoor dining and more help in the restaurant. I have not been since Covid-19 but we hope to go again and take our extended family!
