We were traveling and placed an order through the KFC app. Arrived at the restaurant and they refused to give us our food as the prices on the KFC app are “not what we charge in the store.” Worse - they would NOT refund our money. So they STOLE $40+ and DID NOT GIVE US OUR ORDER.I’ve never seen such horrible service in my life.If they have an issue with KFC corporate, it’s not my problem as the customer. First off, why the actual hell are we serving our food in to go Hefty containers like we're at the family BBQ? It's ridiculous ? They desperately need to change their frying oil out seriously. The food tastes disgusting because of it! And these are definitely NOT kfc tenders, where did they even get these?
