I went with my kiddo, and my two friends to go see Jurassic World. During the previews, the server knocked over a full soda all over my kid. We went up to the front to see about cleaning up and were told all they could give us were a couple of paper towels and that they had nothing else to help us. I asked if they could refund our order and our tickets since we would not be able to stay and watch the movie as the kiddo was completely drenched. They refunded our food order but...read full review

I love the drink and popcorn refills but my favorite thing is that people aren’t allowed to carry on a conversation during the movie. In my opinion, unless your name is in the credits, I did not pay to hear you talk ;) thanks for preserving a great movie experience!
