Normally I like this place, but the last 3 times I've been here the middle top section of my snow has been unflavored. I understand once in a while but this has been my last 3 experiences, kinda sad.

Honestly, a very very good place, my family has left this place very happy with the service, the lady who served them was very friendly, attentive, it is a clean, spacious place, you can eat inside the establishment, many very delicious flavors, the raspados and very well prepared

Oh my stars, I’m completely enchanted! The staff here are like magical beings, so kind and welcoming. And the drinks? Pure alchemy! This caramel apple Red Bull is an absolute spellbinding delight—my taste buds are dancing in a symphony of bliss!

Their ice was so soft. Absolutely delicious. Loved the blue/pink cotton candy with the crackles. The gals there are so lovely with their customers. Absolutely great experience!

Beyond upset that I had paid and asked for extra syrup and when I took a bite out of my crackling cotton candy there was no flavor at all. As well as a large Dr Pepper Bahama soda it’s absolutely disgusting ? if the store was not packed I would’ve said something

The customer service was amazing! As soon as I walked in I was immediately acknowledged, which is one of my biggest customer service pet peeves. All the staff were friendly and fast. And FYI, make sure you try their WaveBender the next time you visit. IT’S THE BOMB???

Went there for my birthday sno and was super disappointed. I ordered a small super sour blue raspberry with tropical crème and sour sand. They messed up and put sour patch sauce. Instead of remaking it correctly, only the top was wiped off and remade. When I got to the middle there was no tropical crème, just the gross sour patch sauce. I did not finish it…
I know the birthday snows are free but I paid extra for the crème and sand (which i didn’t even get)

I come here pretty often because the magoniada is very delicious. I always ask for extra chili salt and there’s been so many times where they don’t add extra and it costs almost 3 dollars for extra chili salt.

The mangonada is actually insanely good, all the other flavors kids got were great too

Delicious treats perfect for a hot summer day. Loved that there are so many flavor & topping choices. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ice in the snow cones was so soft, almost tasted fluffy even. Very unique. I've never had anything like it, so yummy!
