Went here for lunch this late afternoon, just wanted to come on here and shout out a young man named Micheal that was our cashier he was such a vibe, very happy and polite making conversation with everyone who walked in, helping throw away trash, takong orders and delivering table side service. I was happy to encounter him. You dont see people so pleasant in the work force these days so definitely a breath of fresh air. Great job Micheal!
Their service is lacking. The company used to have a roaming staff member to do refills which was helpful. Today I stood at the edge of the counter waiting for a refill for almost 5 minutes. They weren't busy (no one in line) and at least 4 employees walked right by me with not a single person acknowledging my presence. Ever since I called a few months ago and the manager said they have a dedicated fryer for their fries I have been coming here often. They are almost always on top of allergy orders and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I’ve had terrible experiences at other locations and this location seems to have the most well trained staff.
