Worst jimmy johns experience ive ever had. Working on the road I get delivery quite often. My hotel is 4 minutes from the store. I waited over 40 minutes from the time the driver left the store to the time they called me and asked me to meet them in the lobby. my sandwhich got soggy and the wrapper is soaked. Hardly any meat or toppings on the sandwich at all. Add a watered down drink that tasted horrible and couodnt even drink it. To top it off i paid for delivery, tipped and...read full review
i’ve always been a jimmy john’s fan, but this location is awful. the past 3 orders i’ve placed for delivery have been wrong, disappointing since i just moved here. i’ll have to go to the jimmy john’s a bit father from me now.

Jimmy John's offers excellent customer service, with staff who are kind and patient. They can accommodate special requests, even preparing catering orders on the spot. However, there may be issues with order accuracy, as some customers have experienced mix-ups between wraps and sandwiches. Overall, the staff strives to help.
