If you’re hungry you better go to subway or jersey mikes. These subs are so small with nothing hardly in them. For over $10 (not the meal the sandwich only) the sandwich literally had 1 slice of turkey and barely anything on it. It may have been enough to feed my 8 year old but not an adult.

This has to be the laziest group of employees. I am hopeful every time I order that things will improve, but they never do. If you ever place a group order and enter the person's name to the corresponding sandwich don't keep your hopes up. None of the sandwiches will be labeled with a name and half of them not even labeled with the appropriate number. Not a big deal? Well if you place a large order like we often do, be prepared to open every single sandwich and attempt to distribute to the correct person. And forget about and special instructions- for example "cut in half" or any changes to the sandwich. It usually doesn't happen. It's so frustrating.

People great but got a chicken sandwich and as someone who works in the food industry chicken is never supposed to be served cold that is what leads people to getting sick cooked or not.

I have ordered delivery from here twice, both times for two sandwiches. The first time, months ago, took over an hour and a half. An hour of that was delivery because they took 7 orders in one trip, so the sandwich was soggy when it arrived. Today I ordered again and it has been over an hour, and it just said it was delivered, but it has not been. I regret giving them a second chance. Pickup is fine, but their delivery is terrible.Edit: It was eventually delivered, about 10 minutes after it said it was delivered. Still, over an hour for a Jimmy John's delivery on a random weekday with no indication it would take extra time when placing the order is crazy.

I'm done trying to get food delivered from this location. We ordered food for 10 on a Saturday at 1pm, so a large order at a busy time. And hour later I called and the manager told me she was the only delivery person and they had a rush to get through. Then they called us and told us they had to make more bread. 3:15 rolls around and the food hadn't even been prepared yet and we cancelled the order. It's not uncommon for delivery orders to take over an hour and we've had our orders wrong several times at this location. It's clear that walk-ins get first priority, so if there is never a lull in service, your online order is never getting made. At over two hours the staff should have a way to decline the order or something so we aren't waiting for our food that's never coming.

Not too freaky fast. Gaggle of workers not on the same page. 9 min standing there. Haven't had the sub yet, will check back in if an issue with the sub. This location used to be quick, on target. Fast and quality staff. Kind of gone down hill over last 6 months. I will frequent less as a result. In addition, prices for what you get at JJ's is simply not worth it anymore. I came here 1x per week, regularly. Now, maybe 1x per month at best. See above for the reasons why.

They place was dirty a work station plastic glove was laying on the floor a drink on the table. One girl was making sandwiches. The other 2 were chatting with I guess friends!Customers had to wait. Asked for no tomatoes got tomatoes. Paid for kickin ranch didn’t get . Maybe the night crew should train the day crew ! So much better in evening. We were there about 3:45 8-31-23

Man this place has gone down hill. Freaky fast? Freaky SLOW for delivery and the sandwich has barely any meat. The onions are cut so thick and the lettuce isn't shredded? Just big wilted pieces thrown on....cool

Have eaten here for years, most experiences were great. Over the past couple of months, however, any consideration towards quality or customer service has been abandoned.Our last two orders were particularly bad, with sandwiches just made wrong (missing or extra toppings, not cut, etc.). The wraps were disastrous, being over sauced, sloppy messes, falling apart. We called the store time before last to simply inform them of our experience, speaking to the self identified store manager. The last time, we called to request a refund on the worst items, and were informed the best they could do was to credit us for the next one.Tonight, when attempting to place another order, against our better judgement, we're told there is no credit and proceeded to argue with my wife and refuse to do anything more.Oh, hey, a Jersey Mike's just opened up right down the road from here at Sheridan and 7.
