“Food: I had the protein bowl, which had sausage crumbles, bacon, avocado, eggs, and a spinach salad. The bacon was crispy, how I like it, the avocado was fresh, the eggs were cooked well, and the vinaigrette on the salad was great. I enjoyed it very much!

Service: Our server was good, and got all of our specifics correct (I didn’t want the tomatoes on my protein bowl and someone else at the table got an extra egg and bacon). However, the side of bacon came with 3 slices, but they charged us $6 which was a lot!!

Atmosphere: Cozy breakfast spot in the winter, or fun energetic breakfast spot in the summer, it can be both! I like their logo too, which is scattered throughout on the walls. The one thing is that it is pretty loud so sometimes I can’t really hear other people at the table talking.

Overall: I’ve come here maybe 6 times now, and it’s been good every time and is reliable. Also a great place for those on diets! (My friend has celiac and they didn’t cross contaminate any gluten).“

Our server, Alyssa, was inattentive, disengaged, and lacked basic hospitality. She barely checked on our table, didn't seem interested in providing a good dining experience, and made us feel like an afterthought. It was frustrating to receive such poor service when the food was so exceptional. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in, checked on us, and made an effort to turn things around. While the food alone would bring me back, the service needs serious improvement“

“My fiancée and I had a celebratory dinner here. We've been a few times and the food, service, and atmosphere is always excellent. While they specialize at BBQ, they have food to suit any preference. My fiancée loves their truffle aioli and fried okra, and has had the chicken bites and said they were excellent. I'm a vegan and they actually have multiple options that I can eat (which is rare for a BBQ place). I had the Glory Bowl and it was one of the more delicious things I've ever eaten. Shout out and big thanks to Grace for recommending it and for the impeccable service. We'll decibel be back and I suggest you give them a try, too!“

Edit: I've since went and spoken with the new manager there and she was so compassionate and empathetic and said the way I was treated is not in line with the principles of Beacon and she's still learning how they operate around there but she's definitely notices somethings about the way it operates there and plans to make changes and that she hopes I'll be able to come back and be comfortable. “Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“
