I went to this location twice this week. I was met by the most courteous, friendly, helpful employees each time. They took my order, and I had it both times in a few minutes. The restaurant is very clean, well kept, and the staff is fantastic. The girl that took my order said the hot chocolate was on them since it was Thanksgiving. The food is good, but watch out for the drive-through because they tend to mess up orders. Poppy seed bagels instead of chocolate chip bagels, for example. No capers became extra capers. This is the kind of issue most drive-ins solve with a screen for accuracy. It is sorely needed.

My first time at an Einstein bagels. Cashier was very nice. Service was quick and our bagels were delicious. Very happy and will.come back. We got jalapeño cheese with regular schmear.
